Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STAT2 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 2) is a critical transcription factor involved in the signaling pathways of various cytokines, particularly interferons, which play a vital role in the immune response and cellular defense against viral infections. The research surrounding recombinant STAT2 proteins has gained traction due to their importance in the regulation of gene expression and their implications in health and disease. Dysregulation of STAT2 has been linked to several pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases and cancers. By producing recombinant STAT2 proteins, scientists can study their structure, function, and interaction with other cellular proteins in detail. This research has provided insights into the mechanisms of STAT2 activation and its regulatory role in transcriptional control. Furthermore, recombinant STAT2 proteins serve as valuable tools for exploring therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating immune responses, particularly in the context of viral infections and malignancies. Understanding the biological functions and pathways involving STAT2 can aid in the development of novel treatments and enhance our comprehension of immune system intricacies. Overall, the study of recombinant STAT2 proteins represents a promising frontier in immunology and therapeutic research, with the potential to unveil new strategies for disease management and intervention.
