Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADORA3, short for Adenosine A3 receptor, is a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including immune response, cardiovascular regulation, and neuroprotection. Given its involvement in these critical biological pathways, ADORA3 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for several diseases, such as cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. The study of recombinant ADORA3 protein is essential for understanding its structure-function relationship and exploring its interactions with ligands and signaling pathways. Research into the recombinant expression of ADORA3 has revealed insights into the receptor's pharmacological properties and its role in mediating the effects of adenosine in the body. Moreover, the availability of recombinant ADORA3 provides a valuable tool for screening drug candidates and designing novel therapeutics aimed at modulating its activity. As the field of pharmaceutical research continues to evolve, investigating ADORA3 through recombinant protein studies holds promise for advancing our understanding of this receptor's mechanisms and its potential as a drug target, ultimately contributing to the development of innovative treatments for various diseases.
