Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the ADORA2A recombinant protein is grounded in its significant role in the human adenosine A2A receptor (ADORA2A), which is a pivotal G protein-coupled receptor involved in a variety of physiological processes, including modulation of neurotransmitter release, vasodilation, and immune responses. This receptor is of particular interest in the fields of neuroscience and pharmacology due to its involvement in neurodegenerative disorders, mood regulation, and cardiovascular diseases. Abnormal ADORA2A signaling has been implicated in conditions such as Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant production of ADORA2A not only allows for detailed structural and functional studies but also aids in high-throughput screening for small molecules that may act as agonists or antagonists, potentially leading to novel treatments. Furthermore, understanding the intricate signaling pathways mediated by ADORA2A through its recombinant form can provide insights into the receptor's role in various pathophysiological contexts. Overall, research on ADORA2A recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our understanding of adenosine signaling and its therapeutic implications.
