稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BAI1, or Brain-specific Angiogenesis Inhibitor 1, is a protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of angiogenesis and neuronal activities. Originally identified for its ability to inhibit endothelial cell proliferation, BAI1 has garnered attention for its potential implications in various pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Research has shown that BAI1 is predominantly expressed in the brain, particularly in response to hypoxic conditions, suggesting its role in neuroprotection and vascular remodeling. As a member of the adhesion family of G-protein-coupled receptors, BAI1 is involved in cell signaling pathways that regulate cellular behaviors such as adhesion, migration, and apoptosis. Recent studies highlight its function in mediating the effects of extracellular matrix interactions and neuronal activity, leading to advances in understanding its role in the brain's response to injury and disease. The recombinant expression of BAI1 allows for in-depth functional studies, providing insights into its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications. Investigating BAI1's structural and biological properties could unveil new avenues for targeting angiogenesis and repairing neural tissues, underscoring its significance in both fundamental biology and clinical research.
