稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADORA1, also known as the adenosine A1 receptor, is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including modulation of neurotransmitter release, regulation of heart rate, and protection against cellular stress. Research on ADORA1 has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in neurological disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer. The receptor is known to mediate the effects of adenosine, a nucleoside involved in cellular energy transfer and signaling, which can exert neuroprotective and cardioprotective effects. Given its therapeutic potential, the generation of recombinant ADORA1 proteins has become imperative for studying its structure, function, and interactions with ligands and signaling pathways. Advances in recombinant protein technology, including molecular cloning and expression systems, have facilitated the production of functional ADORA1 proteins, enabling the exploration of its pharmacological properties and the development of novel drug candidates. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of ADORA1 activation and signaling can provide insights into its role in various diseases and pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies targeting the adenosine signaling pathway. The study of ADORA1 recombinant proteins thus not only contributes to basic science but also holds promise for translational applications in medicine.
