Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASSF6, a member of the RASSF family of proteins, plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and tumor suppression. As a scaffold protein, RASSF6 interacts with multiple signaling pathways, particularly those linked to the Hippo pathway, which is crucial for controlling organ size and cell proliferation. Emerging research indicates that dysregulation or downregulation of RASSF6 is associated with various types of cancer, suggesting that it may function as a potential tumor suppressor. The study of RASSF6 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structural and functional properties, further understanding its role in cancer biology and other diseases. By generating recombinant RASSF6, researchers can investigate its interactions with other cellular proteins, assess its influence on cell signaling pathways, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The ongoing research into RASSF6 not only provides insights into its molecular mechanisms but also opens new avenues for developing innovative strategies for cancer treatment and prevention, highlighting the importance of understanding the functional dynamics of this protein in health and disease.
