稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SERPINA3, a member of the serine protease inhibitor (SERPIN) superfamily, has garnered significant attention due to its multifaceted roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Primarily expressed in the liver, SERPINA3 functions as a crucial regulator of serine proteases, thereby playing a vital role in inflammatory responses, coagulation, and cell signaling. Its involvement in the regulation of proteolytic activity makes it a key player in various diseases, including cancers, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Recent research indicates that altered levels of SERPINA3 are associated with disease progression, rendering it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, the recombinant production of SERPINA3 has opened new avenues for therapeutic applications, enabling scientists to study its functional properties and develop targeted interventions. Understanding the structure and function of SERPINA3 through recombinant protein studies can lead to novel insights into its mechanisms of action and facilitate the development of SERPINA3-based therapies. Consequently, SERPINA3 encompasses a promising target within the landscape of disease management, highlighting the importance of ongoing research in this vital protein.
