Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA4, or Annexin A4, is a member of the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including membrane repair, inflammation, and apoptosis. Research has increasingly focused on ANXA4 due to its implications in several pathophysiological conditions, particularly cancer. Elevated expression levels of ANXA4 have been associated with tumor growth, metastasis, and poor prognosis in various malignancies, such as breast and prostate cancer. This has prompted interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying ANXA4’s role in tumor biology. Recombining ANXA4 protein allows researchers to study its functions more intricately, investigate its interactions with other cellular components, and evaluate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Additionally, the characterization of recombinant ANXA4 facilitates the exploration of its structural and functional properties, providing insights into how this protein may influence cellular signaling pathways and contribute to disease progression. Overall, the study of recombinant ANXA4 protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and therapeutic potential in oncology and other diseases.
