稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALDH3A1 (Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 3A1) is an important enzyme that plays a crucial role in cellular detoxification by metabolizing aldehydes, which are harmful byproducts of various metabolic processes. This enzyme is particularly significant in the context of cancer, where it is often found to be overexpressed, contributing to tumor cell survival by neutralizing cytotoxic aldehydes and protecting against oxidative stress. Research on recombinant ALDH3A1 protein has gained momentum due to its potential applications in cancer therapy and drug development. By producing ALDH3A1 in a recombinant form, scientists aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships, understand its substrate specificity, and investigate its involvement in cancer metabolism. The recombinant protein can be used to develop assays for screening potential inhibitors or to study the effects of ALDH3A1 on cellular systems. Furthermore, exploring the polymorphisms and expression patterns of ALDH3A1 can provide insights into individual susceptibility to cancer and responses to chemotherapy. Overall, the study of recombinant ALDH3A1 protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of its biological functions and therapeutic potentials in oncology.
