Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YWHAB, a member of the 14-3-3 protein family, plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. As a scaffold protein, YWHAB interacts with numerous target proteins, facilitating the phosphorylation and stabilization of signaling pathways. Its involvement in critical cellular functions has made it a significant focus of research, particularly in understanding its role in cancer progression and neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have indicated that YWHAB may influence the behavior of cancer cells, including proliferation, survival, and migration, by modulating signaling pathways such as the PI3K/AKT and MAPK/ERK pathways. Furthermore, alterations in YWHAB expression have been associated with various pathological conditions, suggesting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The exploration of YWHAB recombinant proteins allows for detailed investigations into its functional properties and interactions, providing insights into its mechanistic roles in health and disease. This research is crucial for developing novel strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases where YWHAB is implicated.
