稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLIT2 (Slit homologue 2) is a crucial protein involved in various biological processes, including neuronal development, axon guidance, and the regulation of cellular migration. Initially identified for its role in the central nervous system, SLIT2 operates through its interaction with the Roundabout (Robo) receptor family, facilitating the repulsion of growth cones during neuronal development. Beyond its neurodevelopmental functions, SLIT2 has garnered attention for its involvement in cancer biology, where it may act as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Research has indicated that SLIT2 can influence signaling pathways related to cell proliferation and angiogenesis, presenting potential therapeutic implications in oncology. Furthermore, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SLIT2's actions could pave the way for innovative treatments targeting SLIT2-Robo signaling in various diseases. Recombinant SLIT2 protein has been generated for investigative purposes, allowing scientists to explore its effects on different cell types and elucidate its role in cellular communication and tumor dynamics. As ongoing studies continue to reveal the multifaceted functions of SLIT2, it emerges as a promising candidate for therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating its signaling pathways to improve outcomes in neurodegenerative disorders and cancer therapies.
