NOSIP

简介
NOSIP is an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that plays a key role in the normal development of the forebrain, eye, and face. Notably, it catalyzes the monoubiquitination of the serine/threonine protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) catalytic subunit, specifically PPP2CA/PPP2CB. NOSIP Protein, Human is the recombinant human-derived NOSIP protein, expressed by E. coli , with tag free.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOSIP (Nitric Oxide Synthase Interacting Protein) is a relatively less-explored protein that has garnered attention due to its potential role in modulating nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and influencing various physiological processes. Nitric oxide (NO) is a critical signaling molecule involved in numerous biological functions, including vasodilation, neurotransmission, and immune responses. Dysregulation of NOS activity is associated with several pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory responses. Research on NOSIP has been motivated by its ability to interact with different NOS isoforms, thereby potentially regulating their activity and localization. Understanding the mechanisms by which NOSIP influences NO production could provide valuable insights into the pathophysiology of diseases related to nitric oxide dysregulation. Furthermore, the development of recombinant NOSIP proteins could facilitate studies examining its interactions and functional implications, paving the way for novel therapeutic approaches. Ongoing research seeks to elucidate the structural and functional characteristics of NOSIP, its regulatory mechanisms in various cellular contexts, and its role in health and disease, ultimately contributing to the broader understanding of nitric oxide biology.
