    4-1BBL/TNFSF9 protein is a cytokine that selectively binds to TNFRSF9 and exerts its effects by inducing the proliferation of activated peripheral blood T cells. As a homotrimer, this ligand demonstrates its potential role in activation-induced cell death (AICD) and may be involved in coordinating homologous interactions between T cells and B cells/macrophages. 4-1BBL/TNFSF9 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, Fc-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived 4-1BBL/TNFSF9 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-hFc labeled tag.

    The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

    Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
