Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRNPK (Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein K) is a multifunctional RNA-binding protein that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA transport, and translation regulation. It has garnered significant attention in recent research due to its involvement in several cancer types, where it influences gene expression and contributes to tumorigenesis. Abnormal expression levels of HNRNPK have been linked to poor prognosis in patients, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of recombinant HNRNPK proteins allows for a deeper understanding of its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to elucidate the mechanisms underlying its role in RNA metabolism and tumor biology. Furthermore, the production of recombinant HNRNPK facilitates the exploration of its interactions with other cellular components, paving the way for novel strategies in cancer treatment. The study of recombinant HNRNPK is thus essential for advancing our knowledge of RNA-binding proteins in gene regulation and their implications in human health and disease.
