Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZSCAN1 is a zinc finger protein that plays a critical role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, stem cell regulation, and tumorigenesis. The interest in ZSCAN1 as a recombinant protein stems from its potential implications in understanding cellular differentiation and cancer biology. Research has shown that ZSCAN1 is involved in the regulation of gene expression by interacting with chromatin and modulating transcriptional activity. Its expression patterns have been linked to specific cancers, suggesting that ZSCAN1 may function as a tumor suppressor. Furthermore, studies have indicated that ZSCAN1 can influence the maintenance of pluripotent stem cells, making it a key player in the field of regenerative medicine. As a recombinant protein, ZSCAN1 can be produced in vitro, allowing for detailed biochemical analyses and functional assays to elucidate its mechanisms of action. Investigating ZSCAN1’s structure and interactions may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting cancer and stem cell-related diseases. Thus, the exploration of ZSCAN1 as a recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological roles but also contributes to the broader field of molecular biology and medicine.
