Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HCK (Hematopoietic Cell Kinase) is a member of the Src family of tyrosine kinases that plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, proliferation, and differentiation, particularly in hematopoietic cells. Dysregulation of HCK has been implicated in various hematological malignancies and inflammatory responses, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions. Research in the field of HCK recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists seek to elucidate the functional roles of HCK and its signaling pathways. The development of HCK recombinant proteins allows for detailed structural and functional analyses, aiding in the understanding of its mechanism of action and potential interactions with other cellular proteins. Furthermore, this research can contribute to the identification of novel inhibitors that may serve as therapeutic agents in diseases associated with aberrant HCK activity. In recent studies, advances in protein expression systems and purification techniques have facilitated the generation of high-quality HCK proteins, allowing for in-depth investigations into their biochemical properties and interactions. Consequently, HCK recombinant proteins have emerged as valuable tools in both basic research and drug development, providing insights into the molecular underpinnings of diseases linked to HCK dysregulation and opening new avenues for targeted therapies.
