Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXRED1, an essential member of the forkhead box (FOX) family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cellular differentiation, metabolism, and development. Recent studies have indicated that FOXRED1 is involved in mitochondrial function and oxidative stress response, suggesting its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Mutations in the FOXRED1 gene have been linked to several human diseases, including mitochondrial disorders, which underscore the importance of understanding its functional mechanisms. The recombinant production of FOXRED1 enables researchers to explore its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and regulatory pathways in a controlled laboratory setting. By generating recombinant FOXRED1 protein, scientists aim to elucidate its structure-function relationship, investigate its role in mitochondrial integrity, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target for disease intervention. Furthermore, understanding the signaling pathways involving FOXRED1 may provide insights into novel treatment strategies for conditions associated with mitochondrial dysfunction. Overall, the study of FOXRED1 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing our understanding of its physiological roles and implications in human health and disease.
