稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PML (Promyelocytic Leukemia) protein, encoded by the **PML gene**, is a key player in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, differentiation, and the response to stress. Initially identified in the context of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), where its fusion with the retinoic acid receptor α (RARA) disrupts normal hematopoiesis, PML has garnered attention for its role in tumor suppression and viral response. Research has demonstrated that PML is involved in forming nuclear bodies, which serve as dynamic platforms for the regulation of gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. Its ability to modulate several oncogenic and tumor suppressive pathways positions PML as a crucial protein in cancer research. Moreover, studies indicate that PML interacts with various proteins and is implicated in the cellular response to DNA damage, as well as in maintaining genomic stability. The exploration of PML's functions has led to significant insights into not only APL but also other cancers, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have paved the way for producing PML and its mutated forms, providing a means to investigate its structure-function relationship and the molecular mechanisms underlying its diverse roles. Thus, ongoing research on PML and its recombinant forms aims to elucidate the intricate pathways involved in cancer biology and therapeutic responses.
