Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EBF1 (Early B-cell Factor 1) is a crucial transcription factor primarily known for its role in B-cell development and differentiation. Its involvement in various cellular processes, including lymphocyte maturation and immune response regulation, makes EBF1 a significant target for research in immunology and cancer biology. Abnormal regulation of EBF1 has been linked to several hematological malignancies, thus positioning it as a potential biomarker for tumorigenesis and a candidate for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have spotlighted the importance of EBF1 in maintaining the balance between normal B-cell function and malignant transformation, highlighting its dual role as both a promoter of normal B-cell development and a player in oncogenic pathways. Consequently, generating and studying recombinant EBF1 proteins allows researchers to dissect the functional dynamics of this transcription factor at the molecular level. Understanding the mechanisms by which EBF1 interacts with various genetic elements and other regulatory proteins is integral to elucidating its role in the immune system and its implications in diseases. Furthermore, EBF1's structure-function relationship offers insights into designing targeted therapies for conditions where EBF1 is dysregulated. Therefore, the research on recombinant EBF1 proteins is not only foundational for advancing basic immunological knowledge but also holds promise for developing novel therapeutic strategies against B-cell-related disorders.
