Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXD4L4 (Forkhead Box D4-Like 4) is a member of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family, which plays crucial roles in regulating developmental processes, cellular differentiation, and metabolic pathways. Understanding the biological functions of FOXD4L4 is of significant interest due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders. The protein's structure features a highly conserved forkhead domain, which is essential for DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. Recent studies have highlighted FOXD4L4 as a critical player in cellular processes such as signal transduction, stem cell maintenance, and tissue regeneration. Research has shown that dysregulation of FOXD4L4 expression is associated with abnormal cell proliferation and differentiation, emphasizing its role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. As a result, elucidating the signaling pathways and molecular mechanisms involving FOXD4L4 could provide valuable insights into its functions in health and disease. Furthermore, recombinant FOXD4L4 protein is being explored as a tool for functional assays, facilitating the study of its interactions with target genes and other regulatory proteins. Overall, exploring FOXD4L4 through recombinant protein studies holds promise for advancing our understanding of its biological functions and therapeutic potential.
