Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOLR3 (folate receptor 3) is a member of the folate receptor family, which plays a crucial role in the transport of folate and its derivatives into cells. This protein is particularly important in the context of cancer, as it is often overexpressed in various types of tumors, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers have shown that recombinant FOLR3 can be used for immunization purposes, enabling the development of targeted therapies and antibody-drug conjugates. Additionally, FOLR3 has gained interest as a biomarker for assessing the aggressiveness of certain cancers, such as ovarian and breast cancer. The study of recombinant FOLR3 not only enhances our understanding of folate metabolism in cancer cells but also paves the way for innovative treatment strategies that exploit the unique expression patterns of this receptor. Through advances in recombinant protein technology, FOLR3 has become a focal point for ongoing research aimed at improving diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in oncology, highlighting its significance in the broader context of cancer biology and treatment.
