Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA13, or annexin A13, is a member of the annexin family of proteins, which are known for their role in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, cell signaling, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of ANXA13 in various physiological and pathological conditions, such as cellular responses to stress and inflammation, as well as its potential involvement in cancer development and progression. The protein is characterized by its unique structure, consisting of multiple annexin repeats that mediate calcium-dependent binding to phospholipids, contributing to its diverse biological functions. Understanding the mechanism by which ANXA13 operates opens avenues for potential therapeutic applications, particularly in diseases characterized by aberrant cellular signaling and membrane dynamics. Given the increasing interest in the role of annexins in cell biology, the recombinant expression of ANXA13 provides a valuable tool for in vitro studies, allowing researchers to investigate its functional properties and interactions with other cellular components. This research not only aims to elucidate the specific roles of ANXA13 in various cellular contexts but also seeks to identify potential biomarkers for disease states and novel targets for drug development. As the field progresses, the continued characterization of ANXA13 through recombinant protein studies could pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts.
