Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VCX3A, a member of the vacuolar protein sorting protein family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and its implications in disease mechanisms. Originally identified in studies related to cellular stress responses, VCX3A is speculated to function in ion transport, particularly in maintaining cellular calcium homeostasis, which is crucial for numerous physiological functions. Research has indicated that disruptions in VCX3A expression or function may be linked to neurological disorders and other conditions, highlighting the need for a deeper understanding of its structure and function. Consequently, the recombinant expression of VCX3A has become an essential area of investigation, enabling the characterization of its biochemical properties and the elucidation of its role in cellular physiology. By generating recombinant VCX3A proteins, researchers aim to explore their potential interactions with other cellular components, elucidate their structural features, and identify their functional mechanisms, thereby contributing to the development of targeted therapeutic strategies and advancing our understanding of diseases associated with VCX3A dysregulation. This research plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between basic science and clinical applications, paving the way for future studies in molecular biology and pharmacology.
