Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZBTB20 is a member of the ZBTB (zinc finger and BTB domain-containing) protein family, which is implicated in various biological processes, including transcriptional regulation and cell differentiation. It is characterized by the presence of a BTB/POZ domain and multiple zinc finger motifs, suggesting a role in DNA binding and protein-protein interactions. Research into ZBTB20 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in critical developmental pathways and cellular mechanisms. Studies have shown that ZBTB20 plays a significant role in neuronal development and function, particularly in the regulation of gene expression associated with neurogenesis. Additionally, aberrant expression of ZBTB20 has been implicated in several diseases, including certain cancers and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its importance as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of ZBTB20 protein allows for in-depth studies of its structure and function, facilitating the exploration of its role in cellular processes. As researchers aim to elucidate the precise mechanisms of ZBTB20 in health and disease, the generation of recombinant ZBTB20 proteins is crucial for understanding its biochemical properties and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic agent.
