Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOS2, or inducible nitric oxide synthase, is an important enzyme that plays a critical role in the immune system by synthesizing nitric oxide (NO), a potent signaling molecule involved in various physiological and pathological processes. Its expression is tightly regulated and is primarily induced in response to inflammatory cytokines, pathogens, and other stimuli. Research on NOS2 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its implications in various diseases, including infections, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. Enhanced NOS2 activity can lead to increased levels of NO, which has antimicrobial properties but can also contribute to tissue damage and inflammation. Understanding the functional dynamics of NOS2 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and interactions with other cellular pathways. Furthermore, the development of NOS2 inhibitors or modulators has therapeutic potential in conditions where excessive NO production is detrimental. Overall, the investigation of NOS2 recombinant proteins is essential for unraveling the complex roles of nitric oxide in health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting inflammatory and immune responses.
