Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UTP15 is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of ribosome biogenesis and functions, playing a significant role in cellular growth and proliferation. As a component of the U3 small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein complex, UTP15 is integral to the assembly of ribosomal RNA precursor molecules, which are essential for ribosome formation. Recent studies have begun to unveil its involvement in various cellular processes, particularly in relation to cancer biology, where altered expression of UTP15 has been observed in several malignancies. This aberration may contribute to the dysregulation of protein synthesis, promoting uncontrolled cell growth. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying UTP15 function can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment. Furthermore, investigating how UTP15 interacts with other nucleolar proteins and its impact on ribosome assembly may elucidate broader implications for cellular metabolism and stress responses. Overall, ongoing research into UTP15 and its biological significance holds promise for advancing our comprehension of ribosome biogenesis and its associated pathways in health and disease.
