Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UTP14C is a crucial component of the U3 small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (snoRNP) complex, which plays a significant role in the processing and maturation of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) in eukaryotic cells. Research into UTP14C has gained importance due to its involvement in rRNA biogenesis and its potential implications in various cellular processes, including ribosome assembly, cellular proliferation, and stress responses. Mutations or dysregulation of UTP14C have been linked to certain cancer types and developmental disorders, highlighting its relevance in both health and disease. In recent studies, recombinant UTP14C proteins have been produced to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying its function within the snoRNP complex and to investigate its interactions with other ribosomal assembly factors. Understanding the structure and function of UTP14C not only provides insights into the fundamental processes of ribosome biogenesis but also opens avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting dysregulated pathways in various diseases. Hence, the examination of UTP14C through recombinant protein studies has significant implications for both basic biology and medical research.
