Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UTP14A, a key component of the U3 snoRNP complex, plays a critical role in ribosome biogenesis and pre-rRNA processing. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in cell proliferation, indicating that alterations in UTP14A expression may impact ribosome synthesis and, consequently, cellular growth and function. Mutations or dysregulations of UTP14A have been linked to various diseases, including certain cancers, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which UTP14A modulates ribosomal assembly and its interactions with other nucleolar proteins is crucial for delineating its function in cellular biology. Researchers are investigating UTP14A's structure, in-depth functional roles, and how its activity is regulated during cell cycle progression, with the aim of elucidating its contribution to normal physiology and pathology. This ongoing research not only aims to clarify the molecular pathways involved in ribosome biogenesis but also seeks to leverage UTP14A as a potential candidate for interventions in ribosome-related disorders.
