Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBXD6 is a member of the UBX domain-containing protein family, which plays critical roles in various cellular processes, including protein degradation and autophagy. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of UBXD6 in regulating endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress responses and its involvement in the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Researchers have shown that UBXD6 can interact with various ubiquitin ligases, suggesting its role in targeting specific substrates for degradation. Its dysregulation is associated with several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, indicating that understanding UBXD6 function could have therapeutic implications. Furthermore, the production of recombinant UBXD6 protein is essential for investigating its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms. This recombinant protein allows scientists to perform in vitro assays and structural analyses, facilitating a deeper comprehension of its interactions and roles in cellular pathways. As the demand for novel therapeutic targets increases, UBXD6's potential as a biomarker or target for drug development has positioned it as a focus of ongoing research. Investigating UBXD6's structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms may reveal critical insights into cellular homeostasis and the development of disease, providing a promising avenue for future studies in cellular biology and therapeutic interventions.
