Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF84, a member of the zinc finger protein family, is a transcription factor implicated in various biological processes, including cellular differentiation and proliferation. Research into ZNF84 has intensified due to its potential roles in development and disease, particularly in cancer. Studies have suggested that alterations in ZNF84 expression or function may disrupt normal cellular pathways, leading to tumorigenesis. Furthermore, ZNF84 has been associated with the regulation of genes involved in immune response and inflammation, making it a candidate for investigation in autoimmune diseases as well. The ability to produce recombinant ZNF84 protein has opened up opportunities to understand its structural and functional properties. This includes exploring its DNA-binding capabilities and interactions with other transcription factors. By generating and studying ZNF84 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its biological roles and potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the mechanisms by which ZNF84 operates at the molecular level could provide insights into the pathophysiology of diseases associated with its dysregulation, paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
