Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FIGNL1, or Fidgetin-like 1, is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, including regulation of the cytoskeleton, cell migration, and cellular response to stress. Research has shown that FIGNL1 plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism and processing, influencing gene expression and cellular function. The protein is also associated with the mechanisms underlying certain disease states, including cancer, where its expression levels may be correlated with tumor progression. Given its involvement in critical cellular pathways, FIGNL1 has garnered attention for its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structure and function of FIGNL1 through recombinant protein studies is essential for elucidating its biological roles and interactions. By producing and characterizing recombinant FIGNL1, researchers aim to explore its functional properties, interaction with other biomolecules, and involvement in disease mechanisms. This research not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of cellular biology but also paves the way for identifying novel intervention strategies in diseases where FIGNL1 is implicated.
