Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ISLR (Immunoglobulin Superfamily Containing Leucine-Rich Repeat 1) recombinant proteins is rooted in the exploration of their role in cell adhesion, immune response, and neurobiology. ISLR is part of a broader family of immunoglobulin-like proteins that are known to mediate various cellular interactions, playing crucial roles in development and immune regulation. Its expression has been linked to several physiological processes, including neuronal development and tissue morphology. Researchers have increasingly focused on ISLR due to its potential implications in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, where altered cell signaling and adhesion mechanisms are often observed. By generating recombinant forms of ISLR, scientists aim to investigate its structure-function relationships, binding affinities, and biological activities. These studies may open avenues for therapeutic interventions, providing insights into how manipulating ISLR interactions could influence disease progression or improve tissue regeneration strategies. Additionally, the recombinantly produced proteins serve as valuable tools in immunological assays and the development of diagnostic methods, further highlighting the significance of ISLR in biomedical research.
