Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2Q, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, plays a crucial role in post-translational modifications through the ubiquitination process, which regulates various cellular functions such as protein degradation, cell cycle progression, and stress response. Recent research has indicated that UBE2Q is involved in the regulation of protein homeostasis and may have implications in the pathogenesis of various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Due to its significance in these biological processes, the recombinant production of UBE2Q protein has garnered attention. Utilizing recombinant DNA technology allows for the generation of UBE2Q in a controlled environment, enabling researchers to study its structure, function, and potential interactions with other proteins in greater detail. Investigating the biochemical properties and activity of UBE2Q through recombinant methods could provide insights into its mechanism in ubiquitination and its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the dynamics of UBE2Q and its associated pathways may lead to novel approaches for disease intervention and treatment strategies, highlighting the importance of UBE2Q in cellular regulation and health.
