Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AOC3, or Amino Oxidase Copper Containing 3, is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the metabolism of biogenic amines, which are organic compounds that can influence various physiological processes. Research into AOC3 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various health conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. The enzyme's ability to modulate levels of amines such as serotonin and dopamine makes it a vital focus in studies of mood regulation and psychiatric disorders. Furthermore, AOC3 has been implicated in the regulation of inflammation and oxidative stress, reinforcing its significance in the context of chronic diseases. The development of recombinant AOC3 protein has provided researchers with a valuable tool for exploring its biochemical properties, enzymatic activity, and interactions with substrates and inhibitors. Understanding the structure-function relationship of AOC3 through protein engineering and characterization can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease states. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate its precise role in human health and disease, offering potential insights into targeted treatments and novel drug development.
