稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2J1, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitination process, which is essential for regulating protein degradation, signaling pathways, and various cellular functions. UBE2J1 is specifically involved in the endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) pathway, where it facilitates the conjugation of ubiquitin to misfolded or unassembled proteins, leading to their targeted degradation by the proteasome. Abnormalities in UBE2J1 function have been linked to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, making it a significant target for therapeutic research. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of UBE2J1 to elucidate its mechanism of action and interactions with other cellular proteins. The development of recombinant UBE2J1 proteins has enabled researchers to investigate its enzymatic activity and substrate specificity in vitro, providing valuable insights into its role in cellular homeostasis and potential as a drug target. Understanding UBE2J1's functions and regulatory mechanisms could lead to novel strategies for manipulating ubiquitin-mediated pathways in disease contexts.
