Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUCB1, or Nucleobindin-1, is a multifunctional protein known for its roles in calcium signaling, cellular stress responses, and neuroendocrine regulation. Initially identified in the context of its involvement in neuronal function and development, NUCB1 has garnered interest due to its potential implications in various physiological processes and diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes. Research on NUCB1 has revealed its ability to bind nucleotides and modulate intracellular calcium levels, which are crucial for numerous cellular activities. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled scientists to produce and purify NUCB1 in substantial amounts, facilitating detailed studies on its structural and functional properties. Investigating NUCB1 through recombinant methods aids in understanding its interactions at the molecular level and exploring its therapeutic potential. The continued exploration of NUCB1’s functions and mechanisms is essential for elucidating its roles in health and disease, paving the way for novel intervention strategies in conditions where NUCB1 is implicated.
