Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBGCP4, or Tubulin Gamma Complex Protein 4, is a member of the tubulin gamma ring complex, which plays a critical role in microtubule organization and centrosome function in eukaryotic cells. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in cellular processes such as mitosis, cell differentiation, and response to cellular stress. The research surrounding TUBGCP4 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer biology and neurodevelopmental disorders, where dysregulation of the microtubule cytoskeleton can lead to aberrant cell behavior. As a member of the gamma-tubulin ring complex, TUBGCP4 is essential for the nucleation of microtubules, making it a focal point for understanding the mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance and tumor progression. The recombinant production of TUBGCP4 allows for in-depth structural and functional analysis, facilitating the exploration of its interactions with other cytoskeletal proteins and its contribution to cell cycle regulation. Furthermore, advancements in recombinant technology enable scientists to produce this protein in sufficient quantities for high-throughput screening and functional assays, thereby expanding the horizons of targeted therapies and molecular interventions. Overall, the investigation of TUBGCP4 as a recombinant protein opens new avenues for understanding microtubule dynamics and their broader impact on cellular health and disease.
