Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXO46 is a member of the F-box protein family, which plays a critical role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system by mediating substrate recognition for ubiquitination. This process is crucial for regulating various cellular functions, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted FBXO46's specific involvement in diverse biological processes and its potential implications in various diseases, particularly cancer. Researchers have noted that aberrant expression of FBXO46 can lead to dysregulation of cellular pathways, contributing to oncogenesis. Furthermore, FBXO46 is believed to interact with several key proteins involved in tumorigenesis, thus making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnostics and a target for therapeutic interventions. The exploration of FBXO46 has gained momentum due to its intriguing role in cellular homeostasis and disease pathology. Understanding the mechanistic details of FBXO46's function and its interactions at the molecular level holds promise for novel therapeutic strategies, particularly in forms of cancer where its activity is compromised. As research continues to evolve, elucidating the specific substrates and pathways modulated by FBXO46 is essential for developing targeted approaches in cancer treatment and enhancing our understanding of its role in other pathophysiological contexts.
