Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBGCP3, or Tubulin Gamma Complex Protein 3, plays a crucial role in microtubule organization and cellular processes such as cell division and differentiation. It is a member of the gamma-tubulin complex, which is essential for microtubule nucleation at the centrosome. Studies have shown that TUBGCP3 is involved in the regulation of the mitotic spindle and is important for maintaining genome stability. Abnormal expression or dysfunction of TUBGCP3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its significance in cellular homeostasis. The reconstitution of TUBGCP3 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed investigation into its structure-function relationship, providing valuable insights into its role in microtubule dynamics and centrosome function. This research can pave the way for the development of targeted therapies to address the pathological consequences of TUBGCP3 dysregulation. By exploring its biochemical properties and interactions with other proteins, scientists aim to deepen our understanding of microtubule-related processes and their implications in health and disease.
