Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXO43 is a member of the F-box protein family, which plays a critical role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system by mediating the degradation of specific substrates. Its involvement in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and signaling pathways, has garnered significant attention in recent years. The study of FBXO43 has been particularly focused on its potential implications in cancer biology, as aberrant expression of F-box proteins can lead to tumorigenesis. Research indicates that FBXO43 can influence cell proliferation and apoptosis, making it a candidate for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying tumor development and progression. Additionally, FBXO43 has been linked to the regulation of the immune response, further broadening its significance in both cancer and autoimmunity contexts. Utilizing recombinant protein techniques to study FBXO43 allows for the exploration of its structural properties, functional interactions, and substrate specificity. This approach not only aids in elucidating the biological roles of FBXO43 but also provides insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. As researchers continue to unravel the complexities of FBXO43, the development of engineered variants and inhibitors may pave the way for novel strategies in cancer treatment and immune modulation. Overall, the research on FBXO43 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing our understanding of its diverse roles in cellular functions and disease mechanisms.
