  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TUBE1, a member of the TUBEs (Tandem Ubiquitin Binding Entities) family, has gained significant interest in the field of protein research due to its role in ubiquitin signaling pathways, which are crucial for various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and responses to stress. The function of TUBE1, particularly in relation to the ubiquitin-proteasome system, makes it a potential target for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Recent studies have indicated that TUBE1 interacts with specific ubiquitinated substrates, modulating their stability and function, thus implicating it in the regulation of key signaling pathways. Furthermore, the exploration of TUBE1 as a fusion protein in various experimental setups has paved the way for developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at manipulating these interactions to achieve desired biological outcomes. Ongoing research into the structural and functional aspects of TUBE1, along with its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, provides valuable insights into the intricate network of cellular regulation influenced by ubiquitination. The study of TUBE1 not only enhances our understanding of the fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for innovative approaches in targeted therapies, thereby addressing significant health challenges.
