Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF611, a member of the zinc-finger protein family, plays a critical role in various biological processes, including gene regulation and chromatin remodeling. Its unique structure, characterized by multiple zinc-finger domains, enables it to interact with DNA and RNA, influencing transcriptional activity and cellular differentiation. Recent studies have indicated that ZNF611 may be involved in the regulation of neuronal development and may have implications in neurodegenerative disorders due to its expression patterns in the brain. However, the precise molecular mechanisms by which ZNF611 exerts its effects remain poorly understood. The production of recombinant ZNF611 protein is essential for elucidating its biological functions, as it allows for in vitro studies of its interactions with other biomolecules and its impact on transcriptional regulation. Utilizing techniques such as bacterial expression systems and purification methods, researchers aim to generate high-quality ZNF611 recombinant protein. This will facilitate functional assays and structural analyses, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of its role in cellular processes and its potential as a therapeutic target in related diseases. Overall, the investigation of ZNF611 and its recombinant protein forms holds promise for advancing our knowledge of zinc-finger proteins and their significance in cellular biology and disease mechanisms.
