稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CORO1A, a member of the coronin family of proteins, plays a crucial role in regulating actin dynamics and cellular processes such as migration, adhesion, and immune responses. It is primarily expressed in immune cells, where it participates in the regulation of cytoskeletal organization and signaling pathways. Research has shown that CORO1A is involved in various biological processes, including T cell activation and the formation of immune synapses. Dysregulation of CORO1A has been linked to several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers. To better understand its functions and potential therapeutic implications, researchers have focused on the production of recombinant CORO1A protein, which allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies. This recombinant protein can be utilized to investigate its interactions with other cellular components, assess its structural properties, and explore its role in various physiological contexts. Consequently, CORO1A recombinant protein research has become a pivotal area of investigation, providing insights that may inform strategies for Modulating immune responses or targeting malignancies.
