稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CASP4 (Caspase-4) is a member of the caspase family of cysteine proteases, which play a crucial role in the apoptosis (programmed cell death) pathway and are involved in various inflammatory processes. Originally identified in human cells, CASP4 has garnered attention due to its role in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the context of infections and inflammatory diseases. Elevated levels of CASP4 have been associated with various pathological conditions, including septic shock, inflammatory bowel disease, and neurodegenerative disorders. Given its significant role in mediating the inflammatory response via the activation of inflammatory caspases, research into CASP4 has been critical for understanding its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombination and expression of CASP4 protein allow for detailed studies on its structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components. Investigating the recombinant CASP4 protein can provide insights into its enzymatic activity, regulatory mechanisms, and involvement in inflammatory signaling pathways. As research progresses, CASP4 is emerging as a promising candidate for the development of novel interventions aimed at modulating inflammatory responses in various disease contexts.
