Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BRCC3, a member of the BRCA1-A complex, plays a crucial role in DNA damage response and repair mechanisms, particularly in the context of maintaining genomic stability. It is a deubiquitinase that regulates the polyubiquitination of proteins involved in the DNA damage repair pathway, directly impacting cellular responses to genotoxic stress. The study of BRCC3 has gained importance due to its potential implications in cancer biology; mutations or alterations in BRCC3 expression have been linked to various malignancies, including breast cancer and other tumors with compromised DNA repair processes. Researchers have focused on the structural and functional characterization of BRCC3, aiming to elucidate its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions with other proteins within the BRCA1-A complex. Understanding BRCC3's role in deubiquitination not only enhances our comprehension of its function in cellular repair processes but also opens avenues for targeted therapies that could exploit its pathways to improve cancer treatment outcomes. Additionally, BRCC3 is being investigated for its potential as a biomarker for cancer susceptibility and prognosis, making it a significant focus in contemporary cancer research.
