Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TTC14, a member of the tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) family of proteins, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes such as protein-protein interactions, cellular signaling, and the regulation of gene expression. Research has indicated that TTC14 may be involved in the modulation of various oncogenic pathways, making it a candidate for further investigation in cancer biology. Furthermore, studies suggest that TTC14 may play a crucial role in the cellular response to stress and the maintenance of proteostasis, which is vital for cell survival under adverse conditions. The reconstitution and characterization of TTC14 as a recombinant protein allow for a deeper understanding of its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular components. Such studies are essential for elucidating the biochemical mechanisms underpinning its roles in cellular physiology and pathology. As researchers explore the therapeutic potential of targeting TTC14 in disease contexts, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, the development of TTC14 recombinant protein offers a valuable tool for both basic research and potential clinical applications.
