Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSR1, a crucial ribosome biogenesis factor, plays a vital role in the maturation of the small ribosomal subunit in eukaryotic cells. This protein is involved in the processing of pre-rRNA and the incorporation of ribosomal proteins, which is essential for the assembly of functional ribosomes. Research on TSR1 has gained momentum due to its implication in fundamental cellular processes such as protein synthesis and its potential links to various diseases. Abnormalities in ribosome biogenesis, including those involving TSR1, are associated with several disorders, including cancer and ribosomopathies. Additionally, studies have shown that TSR1 interacts with other ribosome assembly factors, highlighting its role in the complex orchestration of ribosome formation. Understanding the structure and function of the TSR1 recombinant protein can provide insights into the mechanisms of ribosome assembly and its regulation, opening avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting diseases linked to ribosomal dysfunction. As researchers continue to explore the biochemical pathways involving TSR1, this protein emerges as a promising candidate for further investigation in the fields of molecular biology and medicine.
