Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSPYL6, or TSPY-like 6, belongs to the TSPY gene family, which is primarily expressed in the testis and has been linked to various reproductive processes. Recent studies indicate its involvement in cellular proliferation, differentiation, and stress response mechanisms, suggesting a broader biological significance beyond the gonads. Notably, TSPYL6 has been implicated in several cancers, functioning as a potential oncogene and affecting tumorigenesis through pathways related to cell cycle regulation and apoptosis. The protein's structure, containing a typical TSPY motif, provides insight into its evolutionary conservation and functional attributes. Research on recombinant TSPYL6 aims to elucidate its structure-function relationship, explore its interactions with other proteins, and assess its potential as a novel biomarker or therapeutic target in malignancies. Additionally, understanding TSPYL6's role in cellular pathways may enhance our knowledge of testicular development and male infertility. Overall, the study of recombinant TSPYL6 represents a promising avenue for revealing its multifaceted roles in health and disease, highlighting its significance in molecular biology and clinical applications.
