Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KHDRBS1, also known as K Homology Domain Containing, RNA Binding, Signal Transduction Associated 1, is a protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including RNA splicing, transcriptional regulation, and signal transduction. It is a member of the KH domain-containing protein family, which is known for its involvement in RNA-binding activities. Research has shown that KHDRBS1 can interact with several protein partners and RNA molecules, suggesting its significant role in post-transcriptional regulation and cellular signaling pathways. Dysregulation of KHDRBS1 expression and function has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it may influence tumor progression and metastasis by affecting the stability and translation of specific mRNAs. Studying the recombinant form of KHDRBS1 allows researchers to dissect its structural and functional properties, understand its interaction networks, and elucidate its mechanisms of action in health and disease. This research is critical for developing targeted therapeutic strategies, as understanding KHDRBS1's role may provide insights into novel approaches for treating diseases mediated by its dysfunction. Moreover, the ability to produce recombinant KHDRBS1 in the lab facilitates a range of applications in biochemical assays, structural biology studies, and the potential development of novel RNA-targeting drugs.
