稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSEN34, or tRNA splicing endonuclease 34, is a crucial enzyme involved in the maturation of tRNA by facilitating the removal of introns from precursor tRNA molecules. The significance of TSEN34 has garnered attention due to its role in tRNA processing, which is essential for proper protein synthesis in all cells. Mutations or dysfunctions in the TSEN34 gene are linked to various diseases, particularly neurodegenerative disorders such as pontocerebellar hypoplasia, which highlight the enzyme's importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Studies have shown that TSEN34 operates as part of a multi-subunit complex that acts on specific tRNA substrates, ensuring their correct maturation and function. The understanding of TSEN34's structure, function, and the mechanisms by which it interacts with other cell components can reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with tRNA misprocessing. Research into TSEN34 and its biochemical pathways is not only critical for elucidating fundamental cellular processes but also has implications for developing interventions for tRNA-related pathologies. As a result, TSEN34 continues to be a focal point in molecular biology research, with ongoing studies aiming to unravel its precise mechanisms and potential roles in both health and disease.
